Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore the main sights on foot. The rooms, while spacious and comfortable, felt a bit dark and lacked bathroom privacy. The service was superb with attentive and friendly staff, although additional charges were unexpected. The dining experience offered a wide range of delicious options but had some timing issues. Overall, a convenient choice in Mexico City but watch out for additional costs.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Zocalo Plaza and surrounded by shops. The rooms are well-decorated and comfortable but lack natural light, requiring leaving the door open for ventilation. The service was attentive, with staff remembering our names and addressing our concerns promptly. The dining experience was delightful with delicious options available until noon. The historical building adds to the charm of the location.
The hotel is situated in the historic district in the center of Mexico City, perfect for sightseeing and with a pool and bar to enjoy after a day out. The rooms feature stylish industrial design but can get hot during the day facing the sun. A minor inconvenience is the noise from the nightclub or bar above.
The hotel rooms were a mix of experiences; they were unacceptably dark due to street noise necessitating closed blackout windows but were ultimately corrected with a freshener, while being amazing, beautiful, full of light, and bursting with character, albeit located under a stairwell.
The hotel offers luxurious furnishings and exquisite contemporary design in the rooms, but the lack of natural light and noise from the nightclub/bar above were drawbacks. The service was friendly and welcoming, but some aspects did not meet expectations. The location is centrally located with amenities, but there were concerns about the pricing. The dining experience was delicious and high quality, though limited Thai dishes. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and challenges.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although large with chic touches, suffered from insufficient daylight and were consistently humid and hot, making it challenging to navigate due to the darkness. The hotel's service was exceptional, with quick and gracious assistance always available. The location provided a modern feel with a great view, but the neighborhood outside the hotel's vicinity didn't seem ideal. While the dining options were delicious and diverse, some aspects lacked attention and care.
